Katerina Morris
GMCC House Manager
My name is Kat Morris and I came to Green Meadow in the summer of 2021 as a server. After
only a few months working part time, I could already tell that this could be my long-term career. The
members treated me like family and the atmosphere was just what I had been looking for. After 3
months I gladly made this my full-time job and started bartending as well. When the position became
available for House Manager, I had no hesitations and stepped up to the challenge. Green Meadow has
become my “home away from home” and I have loved serving/bartending as well as quickly learning my
new role. Prior to serving I was a teacher for 6 years of many different age groups. Although I loved what
I was doing, I needed a change and decided to try the restaurant business and haven’t looked back
since! Growing up I attended Heritage High School and then went on to college at both Pellissippi State
and Emory and Henry. I love sports and played basketball, softball, and volleyball throughout my school
years on both the school team and traveling teams. I now am a “momma” to my beautiful daughter,
Peyton and have a loving fiancé, Patrick. Outside of work I love to spend time with my family going to
church, playing sports, swimming, traveling, hanging out with our friends, and going to UT football
games. Go Vols!
Scott Wilson - PGA

His passion for the game lead him to Springbrook Country Club where he was Assistant Golf Professional for several years. Scott has also worked at Tellico Village and at Royal Oaks Golf Club where he was Head Golf Professional for ten years. Scott has been heavily involved with the Knoxville Chapter PGA and has served two terms as Chapter President. He has been named Golf Professional of The Year in the Knoxville Chapter twice (2007 & 2010).
